No. Evident ICU is a structured evidence processing system, not a legal analysis tool. We organize discovery files and preserve chain of custody. We do not interpret evidence, provide strategy, or constitute legal representation. You remain responsible for the legal conclusions you draw from organized evidence.

Our system is designed for structured handling of discovery and evidence. Outputs are generated with court-defensible chain of custody. SHA-256 hashing, immutable logs, and reproducible processing make the record verifiable. Courts generally admit properly authenticated exhibits. Admissibility depends on local rules and judicial discretion. We recommend you consult with your attorney about presenting evidence processed through Evident.

Privacy-first. Only your team and anyone you explicitly grant access to can see your cases. We never share, sell, or analyze your evidence for other purposes. Evident operates under Supabase's privacy terms, which prohibit access to customer data except to maintain the service. Your case files are encrypted at rest.

You retain ownership of all your data. When you cancel, your account is archived for 30 days. During this period, you can export everything. After 30 days, data is deleted from our servers. We permanently delete your data before it cycles to new customers.

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Your storage increases, and you gain access to advanced features. Downgrades apply at your next billing renewal. If you exceed a tier's file limits during a downgrade, you'll be notified before the change applies.

On Litigation tier, every action — uploads, deletions, exports, metadata changes — is written to a cryptographic log that cannot be modified or deleted. Each log entry is SHA-256 chained to the previous one, making tampering detectable. This creates an independently verifiable record of how evidence was handled. Lower tiers log file operations but do not provide this level of cryptographic proof.
